1. Agreement to Terms
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Black Crown Rewards LLC, operating the Black Crown Rewards loyalty program ("BCR," "Company," "we," "us," "our") and you ("You" or "Your").
By accessing or using the Black Crown Rewards platform, including our website, kiosk interfaces, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Black Crown Rewards program, you must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid government-issued photo ID
- Register at a participating licensed establishment
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Program Description
Black Crown Rewards is a loyalty rewards program operated at participating Illinois hospitality establishments. The program allows members to earn points through check-ins and engagement activities, and redeem those points for rewards.
Important: Black Crown Rewards operates as a standalone loyalty platform. Points are earned solely through check-ins and promotional activities.
4. Account Registration
To participate, you must register for an account at an in-establishment kiosk by providing:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your first and last name
- Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information. You may only maintain one account per establishment. Multiple accounts may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.
5. Points and Rewards
Earning Points
Points may be earned through:
- Daily check-ins at the establishment
- Profile completion (adding email, birthday, address)
- SMS opt-in bonuses
- Referral program participation
- Promotional activities and campaigns
Point Value
- Points have no cash value except when redeemed per program rules
- Points cannot be transferred, sold, bartered, or exchanged outside the program
- Points are non-transferable between accounts or establishments
Redemptions
- Rewards are subject to availability at the participating establishment
- The establishment reserves the right to modify point values, rewards, and tier thresholds at any time
- Points may expire per program rules established by the participating establishment
6. Tier Program
Members progress through loyalty tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Crown) based on lifetime points earned. Tier benefits include point multipliers on earnings. Tier status and benefits are subject to change at the establishment's discretion.
7. SMS/Text Message Consent (TCPA Compliance)
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS or text messages from Black Crown Rewards, its affiliates, and the participating establishment.
You may have the opportunity to receive SMS or text messages, pre-recorded voice messages, or auto-dialed phone calls from BCR.
Message Types
Such messaging may be used to:
- Verify your identity (OTP verification codes)
- Notify you of reward redemption codes
- Provide points balance updates
- Send promotional offers and announcements (if opted in to marketing)
Your Consent
In providing your phone number and accepting these Terms, you represent that:
- You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device
- You have the authority to agree to receive text messages at the telephone number you provide
- You understand that standard message and data rates may apply
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your program activity and opted-in preferences.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further promotional messages will be sent. Transactional messages related to account security may still be sent.

Important Disclosures
- Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan
8. Referral Program
The referral program allows you to earn bonus points by referring friends to Black Crown Rewards. Program rules:
- Subject to daily invite limits
- Both referrer and referred member may receive bonus points when the referred member completes registration
- Abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, self-referrals) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Create multiple accounts or use false identity information
- Use the program for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate points, rewards, or tier status through fraudulent means
- Interfere with the operation of the kiosk, platform, or services
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials
- Abuse the referral program or other promotional features
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points and rewards.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, software, and materials associated with Black Crown Rewards are owned by Black Crown Rewards LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BCR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of rewards earned in your account at the time of the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Black Crown Rewards LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BCR regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
