Program Overview
Black Crown Rewards is a customer loyalty program for Mira's Cafe, an Illinois Gaming Board licensed video gaming establishment. Customers earn points for visits and can redeem them for cash rewards, beverages, food, and merchandise.
Age Requirement: Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
SMS Opt-In Process
Customers opt-in to receive SMS account notifications at an in-store tablet kiosk located inside Mira's Cafe.
The opt-in process requires customers to:
- Enter their mobile phone number
- Confirm they are 21 years of age or older
- Agree to receive account notifications via SMS
Consent Screen
Message Types (Account Notifications Only)
- Points Balance: Updates when points are earned
- Redemption Codes: Codes to claim rewards from staff
- Reward Availability: Alerts when rewards are ready
Messages do NOT contain gambling content, odds, or wagering information.

Mira's Cafe: John, your reward is ready! Show code 4821 to staff. Reply STOP to opt out

Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a confirmation:
"Mira's Cafe: You've been unsubscribed. No more messages will be sent."

Reply HELP for support information. You will receive:
