Program Overview
Black Crown Rewards is a customer loyalty program for Mira's Cafe, a restaurant and bar with licensed video gaming in Illinois. Customers earn points for visits and can redeem them for cash rewards, beverages, food, and merchandise.
Age Requirement: Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
SMS Opt-In Process
Customers opt in to marketing SMS at an in-store tablet kiosk located inside Mira's Cafe. Marketing consent is collected on its own and is separate from any other consent or terms acceptance. Transactional/service texts (one-time verification codes, redemption codes, check-in confirmations) are account messages sent to the number the customer provides and are not part of the marketing opt-in.
The marketing opt-in process requires customers to:
- Enter and verify their mobile phone number
- Tap a separate, marketing-only SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default)

Account notifications (transactional — no marketing consent needed):
- Verification Codes: One-time codes to verify your phone number
- Redemption Codes: Codes to claim rewards from staff
Marketing (only with the separate marketing SMS consent, approx. 4 msgs/month):
- Points & Reward Alerts: Reminders that you have points or a reward waiting
- Birthday & Anniversary Bonuses: Special rewards on your day
- Win-Back Offers: Rewards if you haven't visited in a while
- Promotional Offers: Occasional deals and announcements
Messages do NOT contain gambling content, odds, or wagering information.

Privacy & Data Sharing
Mira's Cafe (Jas Hospitality Inc) does not sell, rent, share, or trade SMS consent information or phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your mobile opt-in is used solely to send messages from Mira's Cafe and is never shared with or transferred to any other establishment, business, or affiliate. Black Crown Rewards is the software platform used to deliver these messages and is contractually prohibited from using your data for its own marketing.
